Changzhou Ximai Pipeline System Technology Co., Ltd., based in Changzhou, Jiangsu, is a manufacturing enterprise centered on pipeline systems. The company organizes production around three product lines: rubber hoses, plastic pipes, and silicone tubes. From raw material selection and formula confirmation to extrusion molding, vulcanization curing, and final product testing, all processes are completed in-house, providing stable pipeline solutions for distributors and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
Our customer base primarily consists of two groups: distributors and traders requiring stable inventory and fast delivery, and OEM manufacturers with strict requirements for material quality, specifications, and batch consistency. We offer two collaboration models tailored to these needs: standard in-stock inventory and custom solutions for non-standard specifications.
End-to-end in-house manufacturing
Raw materials, extrusion, vulcanization, and testing are completed within the factory in a closed loop with full process traceability.
Customized specifications by operating conditions
Customizable in diameter, wall thickness, length, color, and connector type
Final product batch testing
